Extrusion Operator/Tech (1st shift) – On-Site, Baldwin Park, CA
Responsibilities- Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
- Basic knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment setup, and tooling design.
- Perform set up, operating, monitoring, shutdown, and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Shift: 1st shift, 7am to 3:30pm, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday (as assigned).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, etc.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems.

The expected salary range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
