Machine Operator I – Injection Molding Operator (Temp to Hire)

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, bilingual Machine Operator I to join our team as an Injection Molding Operator. In this temp-to-hire role, the successful candidate will collect and inspect products to ensure they meet our strict quality standards. Responsibilities include operating injection molding and assembly equipment, for which comprehensive training will be provided. The operator will be expected to follow standardized work instructions and safety guidelines at all times and perform basic computer data entry tasks.

Collaboration with team members to achieve daily production goals is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding, although this is preferred and not required. Basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and a reliable work ethic are necessary to succeed in this position. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Flexibility is required, as you must be willing to work your assigned shift and overtime as needed.

We offer positions on the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM at $18.50 per hour, and 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM at $18.75 per hour. All candidates must be committed to their assigned schedule and willing to work overtime when necessary.
