* We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual Machine Operator I - Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and attendance.

As an Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for collecting, inspecting, and packaging molded products to ensure they meet company quality standards. You will operate injection molding and assembly equipment, following standardized work instructions and safety procedures. No prior injection molding experience is required-comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

* + Operate injection molding and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

+ Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.

+ Perform basic computer data entry and production documentation.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Qualifications:

* + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

+ Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding is a plus, but not required.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

+ Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
