Injection Molding Machine Operator Kelly Services is hiring for Injection Molding Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Baldwin Park. These temp-to-hire opportunities offer long-term career potential in a clean, safety-focused production environment.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $18.50/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.75/hr
Rotating schedule with one day off during the week and one day off on the weekend
Overtime required as needed based on production demands
Job Duties
Operate and monitor 2 to 3 injection molding machines throughout the shift
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects
Collect, organize, label, and package finished products
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
Maintain production flow by moving between multiple machines as needed
Perform visual quality checks on products during and after production
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Support overtime and production demands as needed
Requirements
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience required
Injection molding experience preferred but not required
Cleanroom, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and production documents
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to work a rotating schedule with one weekday off and one weekend day off
Must provide and wear steel-toe or composite-toe shoes
Must comply with cleanroom gowning requirements, including hair net, gown, gloves, safety glasses, and shoe covers
Comfortable working in a cool, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
