** About the Role*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to support quality operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting finished products, identifying nonconforming materials, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform visual and dimensional inspections on finished products to verify compliance with specifications.

+ Complete quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

+ Identify, label, and segregate nonconforming products while documenting quality issues.

+ Report quality concerns to production and technical teams as they occur.

+ Utilize inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and gauges.

+ Support quality investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Partner with production and quality teams to maintain product quality standards.

+ Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED required; additional college coursework preferred.

+ 1-2 years of quality inspection experience in medical device, plastics, manufacturing, or a related industry.

+ Experience inspecting molded components and documenting nonconformances.

+ Knowledge of SPC, control plans, and quality inspection processes is a plus.

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality specifications.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
