• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with your leader to set goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Lead and coach Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and improve departmental performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
• Hold the restaurant accountable for meeting critical customer standards.
• Possess a certificate in Business Leadership Capstone/ HU Certificate (if completed).

• Legal U.S. citizen and 18+ years old.
• California Manager Food Handler Card (verified).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred HSD/GED).
• At least 1 year of experience leading, motivating, or developing others, or U.S. Military Service.
• Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations (or in hospitality/retail).
• Passion for helping and serving customers and team members.
• Strong commitment to excellence, safety, and customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Adept at making solutions and decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

$83,200 – $98,200 per year.
