Cremi Mex is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This position is ideal for a proven food industry sales professional with established relationships and a strong network of buyers and decision-makers within the Hispanic grocery, food service, wholesale, and distribution channels.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of generating new business, growing existing accounts, and expanding market share. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who can make an immediate impact by leveraging existing relationships, opening new accounts, and accelerating revenue growth throughout the territory.

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of grocery, wholesale, distribution, and food service accounts.
- Prospect, develop, and close new customer opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and product presentations.
- Present products, pricing programs, promotions, and sales initiatives to customers and prospects.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and sales activity records within CRM systems.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
- Prepare territory forecasts, sales reports, and growth plans for management review.
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience within the food industry.
- Established relationships with active buyers and decision-makers throughout Northern California and/or the Pacific Northwest.
- Proven experience selling to grocery retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and food service operators.
- Demonstrated success opening new accounts and growing territory sales.
- Strong network of industry contacts within Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and cover a multi-state territory with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Experience selling Hispanic foods, dairy products, frozen foods, bakery products, beverages, snacks, or other consumer packaged goods.
- Existing relationships with regional grocery chains, independent supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers, and food service operators throughout California, Oregon, and Washington.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and measurable sales growth within the first 90 days.
