Since its founding in 1983 the company has consistently grown and more often outpaced the growth in the categories where it conducts business. With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.

Full-time, in person

• Responding to phone & email inquiries
• Order entry & invoicing
• Miscellaneous clerical tasks
• Logistics and support for Sales & Procurement
• Other duties as required to support team goals and objectives

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without providing sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong sense of urgency, commitment, and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Capability to learn invoicing and order processing systems.
• Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Fluent in writing & speaking).

$23-28 per hour
