Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Baldwin Park, CA facility on a temporary, part-time basis. This onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization. The length of the assignment will be discussed at the time of offer.

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock locations and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
• Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling
• Organize warehouse space and maintain daily cleanliness
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment; operate forklifts following completion of company-provided training and certification if required
• Abide by all company safety policies
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift certification preferred; training and certification provided for qualified candidates
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data or management systems
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with exceptional organizational skills
• Minimum physical requirement, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or associate’s degree
• Availability to work onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM for the full duration of the assignment

This is a temporary, part-time position. This role is not eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), or paid holidays. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with California law. The length of the contract will be discussed during the offer stage.
