Construction Project Accountant

• Own full project accounting lifecycle from bid through closeout
• Track costs, revenue, and project progress across 8–10 active construction projects
• Manage AIA billing, change orders, subcontractor payments, and lien waivers
• Partner with project managers to translate operational updates into financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control of all project‑related financial activity

• 5+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Strong knowledge of AIA billing, requisitions, and subcontractor processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience managing financials across multiple concurrent projects

• Baldwin, NY - On‑site; local candidate only (steps from LIRR Baldwin Station)

• On‑site, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
