About the Role

Join Brilliant BEGINNINGS as a Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our vibrant community. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to create a safe and engaging environment for infants and toddlers to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment for infants and toddlers.
  • Observe and assess children's development, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and independence.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, building strong partnerships.
Requirements
  • CDA Child Development Associate: required
  • ​Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
  • Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
