Join Brilliant BEGINNINGS as a Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our vibrant community. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to create a safe and engaging environment for infants and toddlers to thrive.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment for infants and toddlers.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and independence.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, building strong partnerships.
- CDA Child Development Associate: required
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
