Part Time Branch Ambassador

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify clients’ personal or business goals and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and provide hospitality throughout the branch space
• Balance efficient high-volume operations with a community-focused customer experience
• Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
• Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
• Attend required training sessions
• Potentially complete a 35-minute assessment during the hiring process

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to attend all required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to support surrounding branches within a 50 mile radius
• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred)
• Proficient in G-Suite (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred)
