We are a privately operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in South Shore Nassau County with a strong clinical leadership team, a stable building, and a practical approach to patient care.

This is not the kind of place where you walk in and immediately inherit a five-alarm fire. The building is clean, staffed well, and supported by leaders who understand that infection prevention only works when operations, nursing, pharmacy, education, and unit leadership are all pulling in the same direction.

We take resident care seriously, but we also understand that good nurses stay where they feel supported, respected, and able to do the job the right way.

This is not a DNS role disguised as an ADON role. It is also not a junior infection control role with no authority.

It sits right in the middle: clinical leadership, infection prevention, audits, survey readiness, pharmacy coordination, care plan review, vaccination oversight, and support of unit managers.
