Unified Home Remodeling is a family-owned home improvement company proudly serving homeowners across New York since 1989. We specialize in high-quality exterior home remodeling projects and are known for our honesty, professionalism, and customer-first approach.

We are seeking an experienced In-Field Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, provide accurate estimates, and guide customers through their exterior home remodeling projects. You will represent Unified Home Remodeling both in person and over the phone and serve as a trusted expert throughout the sales process.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands residential exterior remodeling, values customer relationships, and takes pride in presenting solutions the right way.

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and estimates
• Present and explain Unified’s products and services clearly and confidently
• Accurately measure, estimate, and price residential exterior projects
• Use a company-provided tablet with digital brochures, pricing, and sales tools
• Answer customer questions and provide professional recommendations
• Contact manufacturers as needed for pricing and product details
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Follow up with customers throughout the decision-making process
• Maintain clear communication with management regarding project details
• Always represent Unified Home Remodeling with professionalism, respect, and integrity

• Siding and roofing
• Masonry work
• Porticos and awnings
• Railings, fencing, and decking
• Additional exterior home improvement services

• Two-week paid training period available if needed
• Training provided directly by the COO, CEO, Manager and top sales professionals
• Ongoing support and resources to help you succeed
• You will be trained to present yourself as a knowledgeable home remodeling expert

• Experience in residential exterior estimating and sales required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing and project details
• Organized and reliable with strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
