Commission Sales Representative (1099) — Baldwin, Long Island

Overview

The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Baldwin, Long Island (around Baldwin Park). The role involves signing cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signing referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers).

• Sign new cleaning clients and/or sign referral partners to generate recurring revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers.
• Leverage local networks in the NYC area around Baldwin to grow the partner base.
• Represent the company professionally to potential clients and partners.

• Earn a 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning for as long as the client remains active.
• Paid daily via Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor arrangement (1099) with no cap on earnings.
• Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% at 100 clients.
• Path to Sales Manager with override income potential.
• The payout system is already live for existing referrers.

• Relationship-building skills; sales background helpful but not required.
• English required;
  English/Spanish a plus.
• NYC-area network access in or around Baldwin.
