Cost Control Staff

Prepare annual budgets and financial plans by gathering and analyzing data from all departments.

Collaborate with management and department heads to develop revenue projections, expense forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.

Monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts and analyze variances to identify potential overspending.

Review cost reports and invoices to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and cost‑saving opportunities.

Prepare and process tax payments and ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.

Identify, record, and classify all company assets and inventory in the system.

Conduct regular physical audits and inspections to ensure data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical stock.

Optimize inventory levels and asset utilization to prevent unnecessary purchases and minimize waste.

Assist with internal procurement processes and support the disposal or retirement of assets as needed.

Prepare regular management reports on budget status, cost performance, and asset/inventory conditions.

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory and asset management are properly followed.

Maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective measures to address gaps.

Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Develop and implement new procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in budgeting, cost control, and asset management.

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, minimum IPK 3.25 from reputable university
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably with audit experience
• Min. 3 years experience in Audit & Internal Control/Cost Control
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• A keen eye on details for accuracy
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills; able and willing to do courageous conversation when discovering non-compliance with laws and regulations
• Willing to travel to remote or distant locations as part of the job responsibilities
