We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a 5-star hotel in Balikpapan.

With 215 rooms, a ballroom, 3 F&B outlets, and 6 meeting rooms, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to showcase their talents and take our dining experiences to new heights.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large kitchens, a deep knowledge of international cuisines, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest level of quality and presentation.
