Execute all lifting equipment and tools maintenance and make sure that they are carried out in a professional, safe and cost effective at all times. All lifting equipment and tools maintenance are carried out in a professional, safe and cost effective at all times.

Proactively review current maintenance, methods and techniques used for the safe lifting equipment and rigging for improvement. Methods and techniques are successfully reviewed.

Verifies and to ensure Lifting equipment and tools arrangement and all Certification of lifting gears intended to the project have properly managed and comply with applicable law and standards. All procedures comply with standards.

Ensure the quality of work regarding lifting operations. Lifting operations are of high quality.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained.

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

High School Graduate of Any major

• Have 2-3 years experiences in lifting operation
• Fully understand and be able to operate Lifting process
• have knowledge in lifting field awareness
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and of applicable safety precautions in operating equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, safety precautions, rules and operating procedures
• Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
