Maintenance, Building Maintenance

Inspect and ensure all building facilities and equipment are operating properly.

Monitor air conditioning, lighting, elevators, electrical meters, and other utility systems.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities and equipment.

Replace damaged lighting and maintain the cleanliness of cooling systems, grease traps, and drainage facilities.

Carry out minor building repairs, including painting walls and repairing floors or tiles.

Prepare utility reports, including electricity, water chiller, and telephone usage.

Requirements:

Min. education SMA/ SMK in a related field

Min. 1 year of experience in the retail industry.

Great communication and customer service skills.

Willing to work in shift, weekend, and public holiday.
