Project Engineer (Construction / BIM)

Join a team delivering complex semiconductor and pharmaceutical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in construction management (not design), gain exposure to BIM and coordination, and work on a long-term, stable project site.

Key Responsibilities

+ Track and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders

+ Maintain accurate, organized project documentation and reports

+ Support multi-trade coordination using tools like Navisworks

+ Assist in developing 3D models for coordination and construction sequencing

+ Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams

+ Participate in meetings, track action items, and support field operations

+ Help verify deliveries, installed work, and project progress

Qualifications

+ Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

+ Interest in construction project management

+ Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Excel, Word)

+ Exposure to BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit, etc.) is a plus

+ Positive attitude and desire to grow in a long-term construction career

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ballston Spa, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
