We are seeking a Cleaning Technician willing to learn a new business and grow with us as we promote from within. This is a full time year round job - 40hrs/week+OT and quarterly bonus

Tasks that you will be trained to complete while working under a crew leader:

* Clean Drywall, Flooring, and Small Structures

* Clean personal property - furniture, etc.

* Extraction of Water from water damaged homes and businesses

* Setting up specialized drying equipment

* Cleaning of Fire burned structures

* Mold Remediation after company provided NYS training

Ability to work off-hours shifts as needed to complete job responsibilities.

Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.

Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.

This is a 40hr/week position with working hours from 7:30AM - 4:00PM. On-Call shifts provide additional income potential/bonus.

Must have a valid NYS driver's license

All training is provided, need a positive attitude and desire to learn new skills

Job Type: Full-time
