TEMPORARY Banqueting Chef

Banqueting Chef, required for a prestigious boutique hotel located in the Rye area, East Sussex. This role can be offered on a TEMP basis with accommodation in particular for the months of October, November and December which have several bookings for weddings and other functions. This property holds a number of events and private dining which is growing with an increasing amount of wedding and private dining business.

As Banqueting Chef , you will take full responsibility for the coordination, preparation and service of banqueting food. You will also need to be flexible at certain times to assist the main kitchen during any quieter periods, however your main focus will be within the banqueting department. As Banqueting Chef you will need to be flexible to fulfil the business needs and bookings which will include week-ends and some evenings.

The salary for the role of Banqueting Chef is given as COMPETITIVE - up to £17 / hr. Possible live in if required for the TEMP role or for the perm role.
