Up to £17.50 per hour  Company Van  Package

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent Due to continued contract growth, a well-established maintenance contractor is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Joiner for long-term work across Antrim and the Causeway Coast

Key Responsibilities:

Complete joinery repairs and installations as part of planned and reactive maintenance works Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery including doors, frames, flooring, and general repairs Attend call-outs and scheduled jobs across multiple sites Work safely and in line with current health & safety standards Record completed works using handheld or mobile systems Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and management Monitor materials and report follow-on works where identified

About You:

Previous experience within a reactive maintenance or repairs setting Trade background in carpentry/joinery with additional multi-skilled ability Experience working within social housing or public-sector environments is advantageous Valid CSR or CSCS card Full UK driving licence Able to work independently and represent the company professionally Whats on
