Multi Skilled Operative

Your new company We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Finishing Snagger / Operative to provide temporary cover on a busy new build housing development in Crewe. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for quality and experience in finishing works on residential sites. Your new role Carrying out snagging and finishing works on completed plots Completing minor repairs across trades (e.g. carpentry, painting, patch plastering, mastic work) Ensuring all properties meet high quality standards prior to handover Working from snagging lists and closing out defects efficiently Liaising with site management and other trades on-site Maintaining a clean and safe working environment What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a similar snagging or finishing role on new build housing sites Multi-trade skill set (e.g. basic joinery, painting, plaster patching, tiling, etc.)
