The Role We are looking for an experienced M&E Engineer to join a well-established engineering team covering commercial sites in and around North London, Hertfordshire & Essex. This is a mobile position offering a £44,000 salary, company van and fuel card, with a Monday-to-Friday working pattern. You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical building services.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Fault-find and repair mechanical and electrical building services Maintain HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, pumps and associated plant Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, power and basic fault finding Complete routine plant room inspections Respond to breakdowns and ensure faults are resolved efficiently Complete maintenance records and update CAFM systems Liaise professionally with clients and contractors Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures About You Qualified in either an electrical or mechanical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent) Strong M&E/building services maintenance background Experience working within commercial properties Good knowledge of HVAC, mechanical plant and electrical systems Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Professional and client-facing approach Full UK driving licence What's on Offer £44,000 salary Company van  fuel card Monday to Friday working pattern Stable, long-term position Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities
