• Time-served or appropriately qualified with relevant joinery experience
• Proficient in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, door installation, roofing repairs, and general joinery works
• Valid CSR card and full driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working at heights and completing associated safety training

• Carry out first and second fix joinery, including repairs, installations, and fault finding on void and tenanted properties
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a courteous and effective service
• Maintain high safety standards on site and complete all relevant documentation
• Support out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each shift
