About you Time-served or appropriately qualified with relevant joinery experience Proficient in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, door installation, roofing repairs, and general joinery works Valid CSR card and full driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach Comfortable working at heights and completing associated safety training What you'll do Carry out first and second fix joinery, including repairs, installations, and fault finding on void and tenanted properties Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a courteous and effective service Maintain high safety standards on site and complete all relevant documentation Support out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each shift For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France for a confidential chat today.
