- Contribute to the efficiency of a dedicated Accounts Receivable team supporting educational services
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox, responding to inquiries or routing emails to appropriate team members
- Process voucher requests and secure necessary approvals while ensuring timely communication with customers
- Assist in preparing and processing customer refund requests
- Support daily cash posting activities and act as a backup for cash application tasks
- Collaborate with Collection team members to ensure accurate and efficient handling of inquiries and payments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in Cash Application, Collections, or a related accounting role
- Experience with posting payments and performing account reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with Net Suite and Salesforce software
- Experience resolving unapplied cash or prepayments
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Collections teams
- Comfort using multiple systems concurrently, including Net Suite, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
