Senior Accountant

A well-established, mission-focused organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support general ledger and close functions across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on accounting work in a collaborative, structured environment.

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month‑end and year‑end close
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and reporting
• Assist with budget reviews and variance analysis
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of general ledger accounting experience
• Multi‑entity or complex environment experience preferred
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently

• Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
• Monday‑Friday, daytime hours
• $75,000‑$90,000 salary range
