Senior Accountant

Salary: $90,000-$115,000 base + up to 10% potential

• The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing financial operations, supporting project accounting, and driving process improvements

• Act as a lead Senior Accountant overseeing project billings, cost tracking, and cash flow
• Perform month-end close, including general ledger reconciliation and analysis
• Prepare budget vs. actual reports and provide clear variance explanations
• Complete bank reconciliations and journal entries with high accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Vista software experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
