Our client is one of the most well-regarded organizations in its space, with a significant asset base. The firm is in an active growth phase, having completed two acquisitions in the past six months with a multi-year plan to nearly double in size.

Senior Accountant on the Core Accounting team, reporting to the Assistant Controller.

The team is deliberately building toward an all-A-player bench. This hire will take ownership of core close responsibilities while playing an active role in systems integration work alongside the IT group. AI tools are already embedded in the workflow here, not aspirational.

For a Big Four CPA who is ready to leave public but wants to stay sharp and stay visible, this is the right move.

• Execute month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Own revenue reporting with an eye toward process improvement
• Drive data integration and enhanced reporting initiatives within the ERP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness
• Identify and surface inefficiencies before being asked to

• CPA licensed or parts passed required
• Big Four or large regional firm background (RSM, Grant Thornton acceptable)
• 2 to 5 years of experience; sweet spot is a recently promoted staff or early senior in public
• Excel proficient at minimum VLOOKUP and pivot table level
• Process improvement and systems mindset
• High-performance mentality; not interested in coasting
• $90K to $105K base, flexibility to $115K for the right profile
