Are you an experienced accounting leader looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact? We're seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD, with a flexible hybrid schedule.
In this role, you'll oversee key accounting operations, including:- General Ledger Management
- Payroll Accounting
- Account Reconciliations
- Month-End Close
- Audit Coordination
- ERP System Administration & Upcoming ERP Transition
We're looking for a hands‑on leader who can drive accuracy, streamline processes, and mentor a high‑performing accounting team while supporting strategic system enhancements.
What we're looking for:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior accounting management/supervisory experience
- Strong General Ledger and reconciliation expertise
- Payroll accounting experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
