Chesapeake Search Partners is looking for an Accounting Manager for a well-established construction organization in Baltimore. This position provides the chance to significantly influence accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll oversight, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Foundation construction accounting software is a plus. This role reports directly to the CFO and provides visibility across the organization.
