As an Experienced Associate in our Family Office group, you will support the day‑to‑day accounting operations and reporting for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and their related entities. Family Office Accounting & Operations
  • Assist with accounting and financial reporting for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and their related entities
  • Maintain general ledgers across multiple business and investment entities
  • Support monthly and year‑end close processes, including financial statement preparation
  • Prepare reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with accounting for investment activity and related reporting
Accounts Payable & Financial Administration
  • Process vendor invoices and support approval and payment workflows
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
  • Assist with tracking and recording investment‑related transactions as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across accounting systems
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for accounting processes and assigned tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
  • Support implementation of process improvements and best practices across the team
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Who you are

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as Quick Books Enterprise
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
  • Strong technology mindset and willingness to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with family office or investment clients
  • Experience with accounting for investments, including private equity or hedge funds
  • Experience with investment reporting and reconciling investment accounts

Benefits & Compensation

Estimated Base Range: $60,000 – $80,000
Base compensation offered to candidates is determined based on factors such as relevant skillset, experience, licensure, certifications, job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
