As an Experienced Associate in our Family Office group, you will support the day‑to‑day accounting operations and reporting for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and their related entities. - Assist with accounting and financial reporting for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and their related entities
- Maintain general ledgers across multiple business and investment entities
- Support monthly and year‑end close processes, including financial statement preparation
- Prepare reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts
- Assist with accounting for investment activity and related reporting
- Process vendor invoices and support approval and payment workflows
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
- Assist with tracking and recording investment‑related transactions as needed
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across accounting systems
- Create and maintain clear documentation for accounting processes and assigned tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
- Support implementation of process improvements and best practices across the team
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as Quick Books Enterprise
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
- Strong technology mindset and willingness to learn new systems
- Experience working with family office or investment clients
- Experience with accounting for investments, including private equity or hedge funds
- Experience with investment reporting and reconciling investment accounts

Estimated Base Range: $60,000 – $80,000
Base compensation offered to candidates is determined based on factors such as relevant skillset, experience, licensure, certifications, job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
