-based, its international footprint continues to expand, creating an opportunity for a leader who can balance strong technical accounting expertise with a strategic, forward‑looking mindset.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee consolidations across domestic and international entities, including intercompany activity
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial strategy
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and accounting processes while supporting scalability
• Provide financial insights that help business leaders make informed decisions
• Support the company's growing global presence, including multi‑currency accounting and foreign exchange considerations
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing accounting team
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Experience leading large‑scale accounting operations, including international entities and complex intercompany consolidations
• Deep understanding of GAAP and experience supporting international reporting requirements
• Exposure to multi‑currency environments, including foreign exchange translation, revaluation, and FX considerations
• Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP systems experience
• Proven ability to simplify complexity, build alignment, and influence at all levels of an organization
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence
