We are looking for a Senior Associate to lead audit engagements in our Affordable Housing team.

Join Cohn Reznick’s Affordable Housing Audit Practice as a Senior Associate. You’ll lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to firm growth and operational excellence.

• Manage multiple audit projects and monitor success metrics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and global team members.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and promote security awareness.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
• Deliver high quality work and oversee risk management.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development.
• Identify business opportunities and support cross-selling efforts.
• Model world-class client service and executive presence.
• Engage in firm initiatives and promote a culture of inclusion and agility.
• Apply advanced Excel proficiency to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• CPA or CPA eligibility.
• 3+ years of assurance experience, preferably in affordable housing or real estate.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and develop others.
• Knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware (a plus).

In Maryland, the salary range for an Assurance Senior Associate is $80,000 to $120,000. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location. The total rewards package includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded parental benefits, and more.
