Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting
Cole Roofing company, a 100-year-old commercial roofing firm, is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Baltimore location.

Responsibilities include:- Reports to Chief Financial Officer.
- Perform monthly general ledger accounting close including account reconciliations and G/L analysis.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and related journal entries.
- Weekly payroll reporting and oversight as well as monthly and quarterly payroll reports.
- Oversite and preparation of monthly customer invoicing.
- Oversite of Accounts Receivable.
- Following proper accounting procedures to accurately measure financial results.
- Flexibility, organization, and a high level of integrity.
- Accountability and transparency.
- Attention to details and timely deliverables.
- Minimum of three years' experience as an Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Comfortable working in a construction company environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to evaluate situations and make decisions. Value learning and personal development.
- Four-year BS or BA degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience with construction related accounting.
- Working knowledge of Foundation construction accounting software or similar accounting package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
