$145k-$170k + 15% bonus

Our client, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to join its corporate finance team. This highly visible position will lead external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting initiatives, and selected corporate accounting activities. The role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Investor Relations, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit.

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and other regulatory filings
• Coordinate disclosure controls and financial reporting processes across multiple stakeholders
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings releases, investor presentations, and external communications
• Research and document complex technical accounting matters and prepare accounting position papers
• Support the implementation and adoption of new accounting standards
• Oversee selected corporate accounting activities and month-end close responsibilities
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
• Drive enhancements to financial reporting systems, analytics, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, HR, and Internal Audit to support corporate finance initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience preparing or reviewing SEC filings
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and external financial reporting requirements
• Experience researching and documenting technical accounting matters
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred

• Public accounting experience supporting SEC registrants
• Experience working within a publicly traded company
• Experience leading technical accounting and external reporting initiatives
• Experience in a complex manufacturing environment
