Your Impact- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting
- Oversee consolidations across domestic and international entities, including complex intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and broader financial strategy
- Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks to support a growing organization
- Deliver financial insight and analysis that help business leaders make informed decisions
- Support an expanding global footprint, including multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange considerations
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing accounting team
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the accounting function
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- Experience leading complex accounting operations, including international entities and intercompany consolidations
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment
- Experience working within multi-currency organizations, including foreign exchange translation and revaluation
- Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP systems experience
- Proven ability to simplify complexity, build alignment, and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for strengthening processes, controls, and overall business performance
