Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

Position Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end close activities. • Prepare and post journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses.
• Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with account reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Sage, Quick Books, or similar platforms.

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
