We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join the Commercial Real Estate team in our Baltimore office. Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration.
While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
This position will support our Real Estate Industry Group and more specifically, the Commercial Real Estate team. As an Assurance Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the commercial real estate industry. This is an opportunity to lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and deepen your expertise.

Your Role.Join Cohn Reznick's Commercial Real Estate Audit Practice as a Senior Associate. You'll lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to firm growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead client engagements from planning through final deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed work plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee and coach a team of associates and interns, providing feedback and guidance.
- Participate in proposal development and client relationship building.
- Collaborate with a passionate team committed to delivering value and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA or CPA eligibility
- 3+ years of assurance experience, preferably in affordable housing or real estate
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead engagements and develop others
- Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
