This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations. You'll serve as the financial leader supporting plant operations, ensuring that inventory, costing, manufacturing performance, and operational activities are accurately reflected in the financial results.

You'll spend time both in financial systems and on the production floor, collaborating with leaders across operations, supply chain, maintenance, procurement, and finance to improve visibility, identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.

• Cost accounting and product costing
• Manufacturing finance and plant operations
• Inventory controls and reconciliation processes
• Variance analysis and operational performance metrics
• Root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
• High-volume manufacturing environments preferred
