The Alliance Group is seeking a US-based Controller to partner with the CFO in Washington, DC, overseeing a 6-person accounting team and providing hands-on guidance on technical accounting research as needed. The role requires a CPA/MBA and a track record in international NGO accounting and consolidations.
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead month-end close, consolidate financials across entities, and ensure compliance with donor reporting and private foundation requirements.
