Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will work closely with U.S. Chamber executives to ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive schedule, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
  • Greet and escort visitors.
  • Flag important communications for follow-up.
  • Track relevant content in Salesforce and other organizational tools.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, order office supplies, and provide other administrative assistance.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting an executive-level staff.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

The salary range for this position is $85,744.00 to $. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
