ABOUT BALTIMORE COUNTRY CLUB
Baltimore Country Club was founded in 1898 and was a success from the start, with 600 members enjoying its 150-acre facility less than five miles from downtown Baltimore. Just one year after opening, the Club gained immediate recognition in the golf world by hosting the fifth United States Open Championship.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
The Communications Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Communications team. This role assists with coordinating communications projects, managing schedules and deadlines, maintaining content calendars, and supporting the creation and distribution of internal communications.
Responsibilities include copyediting, assisting with billing, reviewing project drafts, managing inventory, coordinating approvals, communicating with vendors, maintaining databases, and providing logistical support for campaigns, events, and Club initiatives. The Communications Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness while helping maintain the Club's brand voice and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and basic administrative software; experience with design, email, or content management tools is a plus
* 1-3 years of administrative, communications, or related experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment
