Work onsite 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) in Baltimore to collaborate closely with teams

Day to Days:
  • Act as a true business partner to the CTO, managing the operational rhythm of the office
  • Own the CTO’s calendar as a portfolio (prioritizing time, resolving conflicts, and building in buffer time aligned to strategic priorities)
  • Manage end-to-end travel planning (complex itineraries, changes, contingencies) using GBT
  • Handle expense reporting and reconciliation, including resolving billing issues and ensuring compliance
  • Coordinate and support leadership meetings, staff meetings, QBRs, and meet-and-greets (agendas, materials, follow-ups)
  • Serve as a liaison with HR, Finance, and Procurement, helping move approvals and administrative initiatives forward
  • Filter and prioritize information flow to the CTO, flagging urgent matters and reducing noise
  • Represent the CTO with professionalism and discretion when interacting with executives, stakeholders, and vendors
Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or VP-level executives
  • Prior experience supporting leaders in a technology or fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Strong calendar management instincts (not just scheduling, true prioritization, and conflict resolution)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SAPConcur (expense + travel)
  • Global Business Travel (GBT) or similar corporate travel tools
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with:
    Workspace/MS 365/Slack/Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting correspondence on behalf of an executive
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities without getting flustered
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
