Executive Office Manager DescriptionOur client, a small Gov Tech SaaS company, is seeking an Executive Office Manager to support the CEO and two Vice Presidents in Baltimore, Maryland. This high-visibility role serves as the operational hub of the organization — driving executive alignment, improving internal processes, and supporting billing, compliance, HR, and client operations. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in the technology industry, is highly tech‑savvy, and proactively leverages modern systems and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
This role is well‑suited for someone who works autonomously, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to a fast‑paced SaaS environment. - Manage executive calendars, priorities, travel, and executive communications
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, and action items; track strategic initiatives
- Oversee daily office operations and implement tech‑enabled process improvements
- Support billing, invoicing, contract tracking, and renewal coordination
- Act as liaison for internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Assist with compliance documentation and public‑sector contract requirements
- Support HR administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll liaison, timekeeping)
- Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and leadership offsites
- Compile KPIs and operational reports
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- 3+ years of executive support or office management experience within the technology or SaaS industry required
- Experience supporting small organizations (under 50 employees) required
- Quick Books experience required
- Experience leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency required
- Must be willing and able to commute to the office 1-2x per week
