Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is currently hiring a DBT Administrator to join our practice. This is a hybrid role and will based remote and out of our Hunt Valley Office located at 11350 McCormick Rd, Executive Building 3, Suite 600, Hunt Valley MD 21031.

About

the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive DBT Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and appointment coding for sessions.
  • Accurately completes eligibility and benefits for all therapist's caseloads on a day- to day basis.
  • Collects all payments on file and assists DBT Manager in outreach for overdue balances.
  • Organize and maintain files, documentation, records, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Working Insurance knowledge to obtain benefits and eligibility.
  • Comfortable with taking payments, processing payment plans, and explaining insurance benefits to clientele.
  • Comfortable with outreach communications for quality customer care.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to be self sufficient in administrative tasks/duties assigned.
