Temporary Administrative Assistant 6–8 Month Assignment
LHH is partnering with a respected financial services organization in Baltimore to hire a proactive, professional, and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Business team. This is a 6–8 month assignment offering competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. We are seeking a self‑motivated professional who thrives under pressure, exercises sound judgment, and maintains a solutions‑oriented mindset when managing shifting priorities.
This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while serving as a trusted support partner to leadership.
Location:
Baltimore, MD (Onsite), 5 days per week
Pay Rate: $25–$36/hour
Duration: 6–8 months
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate executive communications, including managing calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external clients
- Organize and manage meeting logistics from start to finish, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials coordination, and follow‑up
- Provide executive‑level scheduling and administrative support, including preparation for board‑facing activities
- Assist with board and committee meeting logistics, calendar coordination, and ad‑hoc meeting requests
- Maintain detailed records of investment or project‑related meetings and ensure timely execution of next steps
- Prepare and update project summaries, reports, memos, and presentation materials for internal and external use
- Partner with sales and business teams to coordinate and execute travel logistics for roadshows, conferences, and marketing initiatives
- Track and report sales activity and travel coordination on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Support special projects as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience supporting a team in an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Analyst capacity preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn systems such as Salesforce and Smartsheet
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated tact, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Financial services experience is a plus
