Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator who will provide administrative support to key stakeholders in the department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate meeting logistics, handle accessibility accommodations, produce meeting materials, book travel, process expense reports, and create meeting minutes for board meetings. We need a strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset who can bring greatness to the organization.
Since you will be supporting the Department of Disabilities, we need a compassionate and caring person who can continue moving the organization’s mission forward.
This role requires you to be on-site 5 days a week while you get acclimated to the working environment, and then it will regress to 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

- 4+ years of administrative assistant/coordinator experience.
- Prior experience in the public sector supporting the government (local, state, or federal).
- Experience handling and distributing meeting minutes for board meetings.
- Proficient with calendar management, booking travel, and expense reports.
- Comfortable utilizing Google Office Suite.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Experience handling sensitive information.
- Knowledgeable of open meeting laws in Maryland.
